This coffee is something for "sweet tooths". It owes its exceptional sweetness to its preparation in the "Honey processed" process. Here, however, no honey is used. Instead, the pulp of the coffee cherry that remains on the bean forms a slimy, sticky layer in combination with water, which is reminiscent of the consistency of honey.
