Product information

The coffee cream is a full-bodied and spicy coffee from 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta beans. It forms a wonderful crema and captivates with its special dark chocolate note and malty sweetness.

While adhering to the quality guidelines of the German Roasters Guild, we roast the beans single-origin and at low temperatures in the traditional drum process.

We recommend that you prepare your coffee in an espresso maker, a French press, a portafilter or in a fully automatic machine.

The German Roasters Guild represents the interests of specialty coffee roasters in Germany. The guild and its members stand for outstanding quality of the green coffees used, traditional roasting, fresh specialty coffees and fair dealings with coffee farmers in the countries of origin. However, the guild not only demands the above-mentioned criteria from its members, but also scrutinises their coffees in the annual blind tasting. Roasting companies whose coffee or espresso has been awarded a prize are allowed to label it with the official medal. The competitions are the ideal opportunity for us to have our coffee and espresso varieties objectively assessed. The pleasing result: we bring home at least one gold or silver medal every year.
