Coffee cherry liqueur - bean distillates

For some years now, high-proof spirits with the names cocoa spirit, coffee liqueur or espresso spirit have been the stars in this scene. Together with the Sächsische Spirituosenmanufaktur, we have created various distillates.

Certainly the most extraordinary liqueur is our coffee cherry liqueur. It took two years to develop this particularly rare liqueur from the pulp of the coffee cherry. In an elaborate process, a distillate is first produced from the coffee cherry, which is further processed into the liqueur after careful maturation. It is strong, fruity-sweet with a light coffee note in the finish and nuances of cherry, rosehip and hibiscus.
