Shipping & Payment
The delivery is free of charge within Germany from an order value of 39 EUR. For orders below 39 EUR order value the shipping costs within Germany are 4,90 EUR. The valid value added tax is included in the shipping costs. Foreign orders must be agreed individually with us.
Shipping time
As a rule, you will receive your goods within 3 working days, unless otherwise specified. ATTENTION: Currently it can unfortunately come to longer delivery times, because the logistics partner has delivery problems. We apologize for this and thank you for your understanding.
Logistics partner
Shipping is done by DPD or DHL, delivery Monday to Saturday. No delivery to packing stations, parcel stores or post offices.

In the course of protecting our interests, we reserve the right to check your creditworthiness. All incoming orders will be processed immediately, all inquiries will be answered within two business days. We recommend that you print out all transaction data as well as the terms and conditions and keep them in an easily accessible place.

SOFORT bank transfer
It couldn't be more convenient. Pay while shopping online as you are used to. With our online banking data and maximum security via PIN and TAN. Thanks to a real-time transaction confirmation to the store, an immediate shipment of your ordered goods is possible.
Prepayment
You will receive our bank details by e-mail during the order process. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, we will immediately ship the goods to you.
PayPal
We will ship the goods, if available, as soon as possible. Your PayPal account will be debited upon completion of the order. During the ordering process you will be redirected to the PayPal site via an encrypted connection.
PayPal Express
PayPal Express allows you to conveniently pay directly from our product page or your shopping cart. Order information, such as your credit card or address data, are transferred directly from PayPal and do not have to be re-entered by you.
Credit card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, AMERICAN EXPRESS
We do not store credit card data and passwords. During the order process you will enter your credit card information on a secure page. It is possible that you will be asked for your credit card pin in the 3D-Secure process. Direct debit
Payment by direct debit is only possible in Germany. Your account will be debited by K+M Kaffee und Maschinen GmbH after sending the order confirmation. In case of a return debit note due to missing account coverage or wrong account number we charge a fee of 12,00 EUR. New customers also have the possibility to pay by direct debit. The direct debit processing for new customers is done by billpay GmbH.
