Latte art translates as "milk art" and refers to the design of the milk foam surface of espresso-based drinks. class="st">According to the motto "The eye drinks along." we create together more than just a little heart in the milk foam. To create different patterns, we first learn everything there is to know about milk. Then we practice frothing the milk together and show you how to create works of art. A little patience is required, but with practice, anyone can learn the "art of milk."

Our course is designed for advanced coffee enthusiasts, as well as food service and hospitality workers. The Latte Art course is the perfect complement to the Barista Basic Course, but of course you can also take this course without any prior knowledge.

At the end of the course you will receive a certificate of successful completion of the Latte Art course.

In detail, the following course contents are covered, among others:

• basics of grinder adjustment
• the diversity of milk (components, production processes, foamability, texture, aroma and taste)
• the perfect milk foam
• vegan milk alternatives
• pouring techniques and patterns
• drawing techniques
• practice on the machine
