Are you a fragrant lover and want to prepare your coffee at the highest level? Then this course is the right one for you! Our course is aimed at beginners, coffee enthusiasts as well as companies as an employee event. No previous knowledge is required, this course is also product neutral.
In a relaxed atmosphere, our Eva will show you the basic techniques of coffee preparation, portafilter operation and latte art. You will get an insight into the different types of coffee, the correct grind of the beans and the ideal interaction of coffee grinder and portafilter machine.
In detail, the following course contents are covered, among others:
- Introduction to the world of coffee
- Sensory and perception
- Espresso - the basis of (almost) all coffees
- Coffee grinder
- Know how home portafilter
- Learning barista skills
- Practice on the portafilter

Eva hat einen tollen Workshop für uns gestaltet! Egal ob Neuling oder Kaffeeprofi, jeder hat etwas gelernt und konnte gezielt Fragen stellen zu den jeweiligen Zubereitungsarten. Sehr schön fand ich auch die kleine Einführung mit Kostproben zu den jeweiligen Bohnen und Röstungen, dadurch wurde meine Vorstellung von einem „guten Kaffee“ definitiv erweitert und Missverständnisse ausgeräumt :)
