This coffee is something for "sweet tooths". It owes its exceptional sweetness to its preparation in the "Honey processed" process. Here, however, no honey is used. Instead, the pulp of the coffee cherry that remains on the bean, combined with water, forms a slimy, sticky layer reminiscent of the consistency of honey.
