This filter coffee is a real all-rounder that tastes good for breakfast as well as in the office and with Sunday cake. Characteristic for the blend of 100% Arabica beans is the subtle sweetness with notes of fine jam, milk chocolate and nut.

While adhering to the quality guidelines of the German Roasters Guild, we roast the beans single-origin and at low temperatures using the traditional drum method.

We recommend you brew in a classic filter coffee machine, a hand filter or in a siphon. Contrary to the times when filter coffee was considered stuffy and old-fashioned, it is very popular again today. Whether prepared by hand or at the touch of a button.

In the 2012 and 2014 tasting competition of the German Roasters' Guild, our Coffee Premium won a gold medal in the filter coffee category.

The German Roasters' Guild represents the interests of specialty coffee roasters in Germany. The guild and its members stand for outstanding quality of the green coffees used, traditional roasting, fresh specialty coffees and fair dealings with coffee farmers in the countries of origin. However, the guild not only demands the above-mentioned criteria from its members, but also scrutinises their coffees in the annual blind tasting. Roasting companies whose coffee or espresso has been awarded a prize are allowed to label it with the official medal. The competitions are the ideal opportunity for us to have our coffee and espresso varieties objectively assessed. The pleasing result: we bring home at least one gold or silver medal every year.
