Make the cold season your winter coffee season! Enjoy a very special coffee that combines 100% Arabica beans with Christmas spices like cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom, vanilla and Szechuan pepper. Try it with some fresh whipped cream and a shot of rum or cognac.

According to the quality guidelines of the German roasters' guild, we roast the beans single-origin and at low temperatures of 212 to 218°C using the traditional drum method.

We recommend that you prepare it in a classic filter coffee machine or a hand filter. Contrary to the times when filter coffee was considered stuffy and old-fashioned, it is very popular again today. Whether prepared by hand or at the touch of a button.

Auch im Sommer genießen!

Ich finde, dass es der beste (und auchinteressanteste) Kaffee für einen eisgekühlten ungesüßten Kaffee ist (ggf.
mit einer Kugel Vanilleeis) - das mit dem Zucker ist sicher Geschmacksache, aber aus meiner Sicht sollte dieser Kaffee ganzjährig im Angebot sein, damit man ihn als Eiskaffee trinken kann (ah, gerade gelernt: Heutzutage bereitet man sich einen COLD BREW zu. Muss ich mal probieren).
